3D Printed Model of Your Submitted Images

Description

Please upload between two and four images of your object.  The more angles you provide, the better we’ll be able to reproduce it.  One of the images (which may be a duplicate of one of the others) needs labelled dimension lines added to it so we know how big to print your object (see the image below; it doesn’t matter which dimensions are labelled X, Y, or Z).  Please indicate the longest example of each dimension.  You can provide the corresponding values on the order form above.
